M&W Beef Packers Inc. is hiring a Meat Production Associate to join our growing team in Mandan, ND.

What You'll Do

  • Operate equipment and machinery used in meat processing operations
  • Process, package, and label beef products according to company standards
  • Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and food safety requirements
  • Follow established safety, sanitation, and production procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
  • Support team members to meet daily production goals
  • Learn different areas of the production process through hands-on training

What We Offer
